Though she forgave him for past transgressions she could still wonder how changed he was in this one. Even if it was best for them that he take this role she wondered then what he saw in it for himself?
She didn't ask, though. Instead she turned and stared at the letters and found her mouth pulling into a small smile at the recognition of their old nordic language. She then turned back to see him as a blonde and her smile brightened and widened even further, making her amber eyes crinkle at the corners.
"I see, that is quite like you," but her smile faded and she looked briefly to Shiva before she answered the next question. A hand lifted to curl around the one Shiva had around her shoulders and then she was removing said arm, but holding onto his hand with their fingers laced together.
"Leukemia. Chronic, not acute. Second time too, I know of one who can cure me but I will not let him. It is... I will do it, when I have the strength," if she ever got it.
