Jeremiah had been bored all day. His run in with Demeter had been unsettling to say the least. He hadn't enjoyed his favorite activities and had gotten into an argument with his father over the 2nd quarter profits for the track. Most normal people would assume that a significant increase in profits was a good thing but apparently not for William Evans. He was sure his father was a nutter.
Disgusted, Jeremiah had spent the day in his office, alternating between reading through paperwork and entertaining himself with his secretary. It was a way to pass a Sunday and work off some of his frustrations. Leaving the office, he dismissed his driver and decided to walk a few blocks to a Starbucks. It was definitely not where he would usually be but he had decided to deal with his father on a full stomach and a caffeine high.
He ordered from the counter and had turned to walk out when a blonde caught his eye. He turned toward her, a smile on his face as he looked her over. "Hello." He smiled as he crossed toward her, pausing as Poseidon frowned. "Hera?" The name slipped out before he could stop the god. Jeremiah frowned and had opened his mouth to apologize when the greek god hushed him. It's my sister. He uttered as he took the seat across from her without waiting for an invitation. "Please don't think I'm crazy if I've confused you with someone else." Jeremiah wanted to kick Poseidon, hard. Idiot had little sense half of the time.
