"I don't want to quit, I think Reed will make me though, he was trying to before," Ciaran said, taking a quick look over at his brother, though he knew he'd get no help with this conversation. Reed would let it play out save any huge problems, Eve had to know how Ciaran communicated, and Ciaran had to get used to talking to someone new without relying on his brother all the time. It might make for some awkwardness, but it was necessary.
"I hope you quit, it's bad for you," Ciaran said after a moment of silence, a good attempt at a caring sentence from him, especially for someone new.
