"I've never caused trouble," Anye said, which sadly was... kind of accurate. She'd always been the good girl, always followed the rules, had never so much as been grounded as a kid. She hadn't even had a sip of alcohol before she turned twenty-one, and even for a decent while after she hadn't seen the appeal. "I'm always the one cleaning up after other people's antics," she pointed out, watching him roll the coin and flipping it into the water.
"Sometimes I wonder if I should have," she admitted. "Done a few more stupid things in college, acted my age once in a while. That was the time I was supposed to be young and stupid, but I never felt that way. I guess I just didn't have it in me."
