She wondered if he knew how much he emoted through his mask; that even without having facial signals to read, he was an open book with his shoulder bunching up and looking lots of places all at once. His hands were clearly not as bashful, and her smiled widened at the nice squeeze to her hips. Taking the flirt down a notch so he wouldn't explode, she gave a little peck to his cheek and leaned back to her spot, chuckling.
"So, what you're saying is you don't know what happened, don't know if anything was stolen, but since I'm around, I have to had done it, whatever 'it' was." She tipped her sideways and considered him with a hum. "I think I'll take that as a compliment. I'm flattered!"
With a blink she shrugged a little, honesty. "I wasn't kidding about the no Spidey Signal, Peter. It's been a while since I was around and you can't really carry a cell in trim little suit of your own." She screwed up her lips and sighed, shaking her head. "There's the problem, you've gotten faster at this, I was hoping to have a little more time before you came in. If I said wait until tonight, would you? I'll tell you everything then." After a pause, she threw in a teasing grin, sing-songing. "I'll even buy you dinner..."
