Leaning on Sue, Reed moved inside with her, watching his feet the whole time to make sure that they moved and supported him as they were supposed to. While putting one foot in front of the other, Reed lifted his head to looked at Sue when she spoke though he didn't bother to look at Namor when he expounded upon Sue's explanation.
Reed didn't know what exactly to feel at that revelation though the first one that struck him was elation. Reed let his head fall back for a moment and gave a bark of laughter, turning a wide grin to Sue, "You did it, Susan? You did it!" That was, perhaps, the best news that Reed could imagine returning home to- that the accident that had caused Ben to be an outcast of society, had been cured, although he did feel the sharp pang of regret that he couldn't have solved the problem that he had created. Still grinning with delight, Reed commented to Sue, "I should have left it to you to begin with, darling." He chuckled.
"I'd like to see him, when he has a moment." Reed added, absently, his brain already moving away from the details of being home such as needing sleeping, food, water, medical attention etc. and turning towards what was really important to him: his family.
