The Baron smirked and said "He'd sooner skydive into a cactus patch than ask for help. But at least he doesn't order people around like Strucker. Herr Skull has always been good at getting things done without saying much. Herr Skull has warned Strucker if he barks at you again that he'll be up to his eyes in concrete." Zemo laughed and said "It was my pleasure killing those things. My apologies for not being able to kill the last siege beast before it hit the casino. I kept them from hitting your palace but having a casino sign fall on me inadvertently... removed me from the chess board." Whatever the siege beasts were, they were a pain in the ass. Living catapults that were wheeled into position, fed jellyfish looking flying things that were like anti air and mortars and than there were the exploding barrels they were catapulting. Crude but very effective because of the long range the beasts could hit from. Zemo managed to capture one, having it subjected to a airstrike of knockout gas.
"I'd scrap Strucker for parts since he's more machine than man. Or perhaps melt him down for a new sword. I've always wanted a titanium Zwiehander."
Baron Zemo held a strong dislike of Von Strucker that he had harbored since the Skull was defeated in England. Although Zemo captured Captain America, Strucker was quick to seize power in the absence of the Red Skull. Herr Viper seizing HYDRA had made Zemo happy. As long as Von Strucker was not in power, Zemo hadn't cared who replaced him. An untrained monkey could have done better, and Viper was much more effective than either other candidate.
"If you come across cloaking or shielding technology, I'd happily offer trade. Herr Skull retrieved shielding he'll be using to augment his elite guards.
"Is it true Strucker has taken credit for the super soldier serum recreation? The super soldier he was bragging about escaped and played Strucker for a fool. Herr Skull said that the American, while dangerous, would likely rot in a cell. He is not the Captain, he is a second rate foe but if he gets out I'd wager he'd avoid HYDRA as best as he can." Baron Zemo saw the Reaper and noted the man looked almost evil, and while Zemo liked evil, Reaper made him uneasy for some reason.
