Viper did her best to not cackle out loud too much, knowing how nervous some of her people became. The more proficient captains and leaders knew better than to worry, often using her enjoyment of a good fight to try out some of the more risky weapons and tricks. She was in a more indulging mood with a energy rifle in her hands.
The Madripoori were sent to hide and retreat from the borders where the creatures had breached, those with guns were welcome to help but she wouldn't promise backing. With the civilians out of the way, she set loose HYDRA's weaponry on the abnormal army. There were many of them, but, as expected, didn't fare better against pulse cannons and bombings.
Madam Hydra laughed in glee when the railgun of her transport blew a crab-whale to pink mist. It had been too long since she could have this much fun!
