Alicia gasped as he lifted her off her feet again. He must be in a good mood. She didn't care, one way or another, but she relaxed that it was important to him , not because only of looks. She was realizing how careful he always had to be before, how free he could be now with his movements, with himself. She felt badly, she should have figured that out sooner.
Taking his hand she leaned her head onto his shoulder. "A walk sounds perfect." Closing the door behind them she sighed. "I hate that it's even a contest. I'd like to say I am hoping no one gets hurt but I think it's too late for that. You'll have to be there for him Ben. He'll need you, even if he won't admit it."
