"And you are still handling over personal property to reward someone. Which hasn't been done since the feudal times, so no, you are still not giving Stark's tech over as a reward for gutting him." She typed on her pad to her direct line in the databases, freezing the files. "I wanted him sued for risking himself and people, to teach him to wise up. I did not declare a fire sale on him and his company and start handing freebies out to his competition."
