She remembered seeing a few of the work rooms, and the kitchen, along with what seemed like a million other places on the building map when she'd first arrived. However, she was a woman who learned things by doing them. So before while these rooms were just places that happened to have a name, or an area, attached to them, now she could see them with her own eyes and really understand where they were in relation to everything else. Or so she hoped, because chances were it was still going to be a while before she had most of this laid out in the map in her head. "Where was the reservation at?" she asked after a moment. She'd seen part of his file, it was part of the job after all, but even though she'd been here for a few years, United States geography still wasn't as great as she'd like it to have been. She was working on it though.
Part of her wondered if this was too personal of a question, and she would understand if he didn't want to talk about it. After all, she wasn't exactly throwing out facts about Cassidy Keep or anything else like that. Though, there was a very large part of her that couldn't help but be curious. It wasn't until these thoughts started to hit her that she realized that she was still in fact holding onto John's hand. Oh sure, she'd known on some level that they were still attached, how could she just not realize that. But, at the same time he wasn't trying any of the moves that came with holding hands with good looking boys either. Maybe that's why she didn't mind so much right now.
"No, you haven't asked that." she said using her free hand to tuck away a strand of her bright red hair behind her ear. "But ask me that again in two weeks and we'll see if I'm still enjoying it." she half-joked. God she wanted this team to work out so badly. Terry just kept thinking of everything they could accomplish together. All the good they could do, and if it fell through...she wasn't sure how to handle that. So, Terry did what she always did, put her head back down and put her nose to the grindstone and did whatever it took to ignore those swirling negative thoughts. For better or for worse, she'd still get through this. "I think that between all of us we can really make this work out." she echoed her own thoughts a bit. "Do something that really makes a difference, and not have to worry about some of the shite that comes with some of the other teams." she hoped that made some sort of sense. It did in her head, sort of, after all the only other team she'd been formally with was the small crew that her Uncle had kept...so at least she knew what not to do and that was something.
