She looked at his gloved hand hold hers and it ached. Steve believed in her, but it wasn't enough. One wasn't enough, she wasn't going to cling to Rogers and hid behind him when everyone passed judgement. Shit, Adrian was always going on about how much she scared him anyway and Tony's comments at best were how much she was there for window-dressing. And there was Clint to consider.
"...I don't know," she admitted, low but still hard. "As long as it's not here, I don't care." She fished out the card, gave it one last look and surrendered it to Captain America. "There, it's done. Better destroy it, unless you want repeat of this. Take care of yourself, Steve." She looked at him, her mask of steel and rebuke up except for a flicker of apology for doing this to him, before turning up her hood and walking away from the site.
