WHO: Charlie Bradbury and OPEN (multple tags welcome) WHAT: Fortifying the entry way WHEN: 10th May WHERE: Hotel Main Entrance WARNINGS: Potential Violence
Getting the keys to the emergency doors had laughably easy. Finding all of them however? That had been freaking hard. Even with the map from the engineering office the place was a warren . Charlie had marked each door off as she'd come to it and that was the best she could really hope to do. There was so much glass in this place, she wasn't sure what help it would be in the long run, but at least they'd narrowed the point of entry down. As far as she could see, the only way in or out of the place now would be through the main entrance, or a breach of the walls surrounding the man made beach that served as this place's pool. The wall was fairly high, but it could still be done. They'd have to wait and see. In the meantime, there were about a million glass doors on the front of the building as well as an entire wall made of glass along the back of the lobby. It looked out over the pool. Given how big the windows were, Charlie was fairly certain it was going to be thick, shatterproof glass. She wasn't as worried about that. What she was worried about was visibility. If the wall did get breached, they'd likely wander away if they didn't realize there were people inside.
While she set people to blocking off all but a handful of doors leading out into the front entry, Charlie took a detour to steal sheets and shower curtains from the housekeeping offices. Coming back with a cartful of linen, she sized up the windows, wondering how best to block them off.
