WHO: Dean Winchester and OPEN (multple tags welcome)
WHAT: Defending the entry way
WHEN: 10th May
WHERE: Hotel Main Entrance
WARNINGS: Potential Violence

There were a lot of things the strip had an excess of. Liquor. Money. Pretty girls. Beautiful women. But the one thing there seemed to be a surprising lack of was guns. Dean was feeling that lack now. This far down on the strip, with so much space between them and the nearest big attraction, the trickle of dead was slower than he imagined it was anywhere else on the strip. Around them there was almost nothing. They sat right on the cusp of the desert. That didn't mean they were safe from the hordes. They'd find them eventually. And they really didn't have enough ammo for when that happened.

Dean stood at the forefront of the hotel's entry way, just under the arch, waiting for the zombies to get close enough to pull off a clean shot, and let the others work. He still wasn't sure how to feel about working so closely with people that were so clearly not human. Any other day he might have relied soley on himself and his brother. But today they needed the numbers too badly to be picky. He watched as a woman in feathers staggered up towards him, and grimaced. He'd just seen her the night before, taking photos with tourists for a couple bucks each down by the Bellagio. He waited till she drew close, and he shot her through the head.

"Nice shot," Shepard commented, her armoured hands glowing brightly with blue biotic energy. The threat that these zombies posed was less than husks or full-blown Reapers, but she fought with all she had regardless. Even if she didn't know most of the people here that well, she didn't fancy the thought of any of them being turned into another undead soldier for the horde.

She summoned more biotic energy, forming a dark swirling orb between her fingers, and threw it out amongst the slowly approaching zombies. Five of them were seized by the singularity and levitated into the air, now vulnerable to all attacks. Drawing her gun, she shot two in the head quickly.

"Wonder how long we have until the real horde arrives."

"Nice approach," Rodolphus complimented the young lady on her mixture of spell work and muggle technology as he approached her and another man standing there picking off the zombies. Watching the creatures floating vulnerable gave him a thrill of exhilaration. Maybe these people weren't as bad as he had been making them out to be in his mind.

Watching as another turned the corner Rodolphus cast a cruciatus curse which caused the creature to jerk uncontrollably for a moment before regaining its composure. With a growl he levitated and turned to the man, "You can shoot while I lift."
