"I've barely been outside of Mystic Falls," Elena answered. Her parents had thoroughly loved their small town and, while there had been the normal field trips to Washington D.C. and Mount Vernon, and family vacations but certainly nowhere as exciting as Vegas.
Brow furrowed slightly. "Right," Elena agreed, the smile widening a hair more as she turned, watching him move back into the room a bit. "You said you were a vampire and I said that I didn't believe you." Her tone was teasing, hands linking behind her back. She still very clearly did not believe him.
