His stomach hurt. Badly. There were so many more abdominal pains to the human body than he had realized. He should have asked Dean how long he would be. The loud rumble that issued from his midsection told him that this was one of the pains that he could not do anything about not without some food. He considered searching the room but he had never seen food in a hotel room before.
“Dean,” He squinted at his friend confused by the lines on the familiar face. Dean was younger than he should be. There were lines of age Castiel recognized but not as many as there should be. He would have to explain but this was Dean. The relief of that realization made his eyes sting and Castiel rose from the bed and moved forward to embrace his friend.
