Waking slowly on a softer surface this time, he thought he was back at the motel room with Dean. But something was wrong, there wasn’t anything covering him and he was sleeping with his shoes on. He jolted awake, bumping his head on the bunk above him. As he rubbed his forehead with his good arm, he kicked his feet off the edge of the bed, stretching his long legs. Sam noticed that there wasn’t any brother shaped lump in the mattress above him and that scared him a little bit. “Dean?” he asked, his voice heavy with sleep.

 

Sam waited to hear an answer before he stood, his back cracking from lying on the lumpy mattress. He placed his broken arm on the mattress to see if the bed was still warm from his brother sleeping on it. Finding it ice cold sent a chill down his back. “Dean?!” he asked a little louder seeing that there was only one other person in the room instead of the original seven. And guess who was left… the George guy. His eyes narrowed as he looked over the only other person in the room. The fact that the only other man in the room was the creepy one didn't sit well with him. Something happened to his brother and the rest of the people and Sam was gonna find out what.
