Wesley watched as Fred and Regan headed downstairs and was then about to ask Rupert if he needed anything when he found himself pulled into the bedroom to be thoroughly snogged. Moaning softly, Wesley wrapped his arms around the other man, pressing up against him. It had been too long since he'd had a chance to do this, and it was nice to be able to do so again.
"Hmmm," Wesley sighed when they broke apart from the kiss, their foreheads resting against each other. "I have a feeling if it had just been Fred and I picking you up by yourself, the three of us would have been doing this a lot sooner."
As of then, Fred and Wesley had yet to find a way to explain to Regan that her beloved Uncle Rupert was loved by both of her parents as well, in the way that they loved each other. The three of them weren't in any way ashamed of their relationship, but it was complicated, especially considering that polyamory was not a widely accepted practice and that Rupert lived in another country. They all knew that if they were to tell Regan, there would be a lot of questions, like why Rupert lived elsewhere and things like that.
So for now, they kept it between the three of them. But it didn't mean that Fred and Wesley loved Rupert any less. He was the most important person in their lives besides their daughter.
"We're glad you're here," Wesley told him. "We've only been at that firm for a few days, and already I'm starting to wonder about our decision to do this. I know we talked about it, though that it was best to get in there and see what we could do, but...I do wonder what the Senior Partners are playing at. Especially considering this amulet business."
Letting out a sigh and shaking his head, Wesley kissed Rupert again. "I'm sure you'd rather have your wash though after traveling all night, instead of listening to me grouse, though."
