Set some filters before you run the program. For example, avoid all charted solid bodies by three light years, and jump randomly no more than 25. That will usually drop you out somewhere in deep space, but at a place the comp still knows where it's at.
And while you're sitting in the middle of nowhere, do a thorough scan for trackers on your ship. If you find one, dump it and random jump again. Or give it to a systems defense ship. They like surprising pirates.
