Alice followed Spence in silence, glaring ahead of her the entire time with her arms crossed. She kept herself from hitting him or making any more mean comments; she was better than that...at least she was now. She'd changed, he hadn't. No surprise there. She looked around, eying he ceiling as Spence's did. They were both thinking the same thing. Underground was a bit scarier now.
She let out a quiet, slightly agitated sigh. She brushed past Spence rather forcefully, making sure her shoulder hit his as she walked by. What? She needed to do something before she ended up hurting him to a point where he'd be of no use. She slowed a little after she'd passed him, letting her arms fall to her sides once more. She mentally hit herself as she paused, waiting for Spence. She didn't want to be exploring the basement by her lonesome.
