Who: Taj & Casper When: The night of the full moon Where: Starts on the roof but who knows where it'll go from there. What: Sphinx meets werewolf Warnings: TBD Status Adding as we go. Not complete
Taj: Taj Bahar, the little Boston sphinx had been doing a lot of soul searching lately. He'd been so emotional bogged up he was cutting himself off from his own powers and gifts. He hadn't had any visions and usually they came so often they were crippling. The latest event with his younger brother, Andy had his head swimming in the past, while his older brother tried to help his keep a clear head. He was thankful for that. It seemed no matter how book smart he became, no matter his IQ, he couldn't get a grip on his own life, that was the one place he couldn't seem to look outside of himself on. He went to a reunion with some of the old boys from the orphanage where he was raised, aging out, and faced some of his past closet full of skeletons head on. And he did it alone. Sure the boys from the reunion were there, but these weren't 'his' people. Only his brothers were 'his' people and Taj just didn't let people inside the circle. He was extremely closed off for such an active personality. But, as his journal came to an end and he found himself back home, he found himself doing what he always did.
Not one brother wouldn't know where he was if couldn't be found elsewhere or wasn't answering the phone. He was up on his rooftop staring into the sky, dreaming of a better world, something he always felt was right outside of his reach, but he knew it was there. That was his inner sphinx trying to open up. He had the potential to be one of the world's great oracles of the future. But, he was so young and introverted he just couldn't reach his own potential and was constantly frustrated. The roof was his place. His place where the government couldn't keep treating him like the experiment he was. His brother wasn't being used by every man and their uncle, and he nothing bad could touch him. That's what the roof was to him. His secret world and the horizon he watched was the portal into another land. He just kept telling himself that he'd get up someday and go through it. But, for now? He needed to stay, for his brothers and his cats. He knew deep down there was no world beyond that horizon, but Taj was extremely poetic that way and his mind thought in those ways. He sat as he always did with his zebra striped snuggie on his lawn chair and pan flute. He was whistling little tune to the wind when he stopped and rose from his chair and walked to the ledge, staring at the sky, his gaze set hard on that horizon. He just really wanted something... something...something else so badly. He just didn't know what that something else was.
Casper Pain. That’s all there was, pure and utter, unadulterated agony and for the briefest moment that’s all Casper thought there would ever be. Every muscle, every bone, every organ and every fibre of his being was on fire, the burning flames coating every inch of him, blinding him. He’d barely made it back to the abandoned building he’d come to call home, he’d cut it far too close, the door had barely started to close behind him and he was already out of his shoes and jeans but there wasn’t enough time for the rest of it, the circular moon was making her presence known as she crept her way over the horizon, rays of silver light and power unseen to human eyes touching every building, illuminating every shadow while shimmering silver fingers, gnarled and clawed with age were clutching at him, seizing him and dragging him down into monstrous clutches of the wolf within. His scream echoed out through the night as his wolf clawed and slashed its way out from deep within the frail body of a boy relishing in his takeover and Casper’s heart was beating too fast for an appearing human body to handle, his lungs had seized, he couldn’t breathe. Pain. Panic.
The scream of a boy turned into the triumphant howl of an animal and it was over almost as suddenly as it had begun. In the place of the boy on all fours stood the arctic wolf, fur coat as white as snow, eyes as blue as the clearest of winter skies and jaws that could cause more damage and bloodshed than anyone would dare to imagine. One quick shake from head to tail and the last of the painful twitches faded away, the shredded remains of a hoodie and t-shirt falling from the hidden muscular form forgotten to the floor. Turning around his nose caught the door before it could close completely behind him and with a quick nudge of his furry head the door was open and he was out roaming the streets of Boston. His surrounds had changed since last time and he didn’t like it, there were no familiar scents or sights within the darkened derelict streets but the urge to explore was overwhelming, he’d get to higher ground, he’d be able to see his surrounds far better from higher ground. Making his way to the rooftops was relatively easy, he was only a small wolf after all in comparison to the brethren he’d never met and rooftops he’d quickly learned were a far more convenient way to travel through cities undetected, the buildings were all packed in there together, squashed on top of one another to fit as many as possible within such a small space. He hated it, even though the thrill of being so high up from the ground and the feel of icy cold wind whipping through his fur made him yip happily
His paws made not a single sound as he padded his way from rooftop to rooftop, sensing and sniffing all that this new and strange city had to offer. It was when the wind changed direction that he caught whiff of something strange, something he’d never before come across, the simple minded wolf wouldn’t have known how to describe it even if he had wanted to, like a bird, like a cat and so much more. His snapped his jaws, the tongue that had previously been lopped out of the side of his mouth snapping back into place as he crouched down low and stalked his way from rooftop to rooftop through the city of Boston until he found the creature beneath the scent. Oh he looked human but his scent said otherwise. Positioning himself downwind so that his own scent would not be caught among the blowing breeze, Casper crouched lower still, his form disappearing effortlessly within the shadow as he crept up behind the thing. There was sadness in the air, so thick he could almost taste it. The BirdCat was sad. When things were sad they needed to be cheered up and what better way to cheer something up than to play with it.
Taj: While all that was going on Taj still had his sights on that horizon. His mind was trying to clear but his memories kept going back to the reunion and all that had happened there. He had a lot to tell Andy, Dally, Kareem, the whole lot of them. But, he wasn't even sure where to begin or how much he wanted to share. Of course he was only kidding himself on that one. Kareem had a way of pulling every detail out of him without even trying. There were simply no secrets between these boys.
Taj was so lost in his own world it was possible that the wolf could have came barreling out of a cannon and Taj might not have noticed it. But, as it were he turned to pick up his pan flute and was startled all to hecky-darn and back again when he saw what was behind him. Right as he turned around his body jerked, causing him to fall backwards, stumbling as he was standing right on the edge. His rear ended up in the gutter. The raven haired boy's eyes widened markedly, jaw dropped. His mind raced to his cats when he saw a canine form. Luckily he remembered he actually left them inside this time or he might have started to have a panic attack worried for their life. He just didn't have a clue yet he was in danger himself. But, Taj's unique mind, so versed in supernatural secrets also drove through his mind's files and mathematically counted the days of the calendar in a matter of seconds. Surely this wasn't that? No. It was just a really big...dog? On his roof? "Um hello? Be a good boy. Be a good boy." He chanted holding his hand out as if that would calm the thing, or possibly calm himself, he'd been so shaken from falling over.
Casper It was all a game to the wolf much like a child would relish in the thrill of an exciting game of hide-and-go-seek. He’d hid, he’d been spotted and now it was his turn to seek. The moment his blue eyes locked with the stranger’s a toothy equivalent of a canine grin danced its way across the wolf’s features, his muzzle scrunching up to expose all those large and dangerously sharp fangs of his as he snapped his teeth at the other, a small yip of satisfaction escaping him the moment the young man fell backwards and into the gutter. If he ran, Casper’s wolf would give chase and he’d hunt him down until one of them wasn’t left alive, it was just the way things were, if it ran from him, it was prey.
Flexing his front paws against the rooftop he listened to the sounds his claws made on surface beneath them, ears twitching when the BirdCat spoke in a soft but shaken voice. Fear. He could smell it, he could see it in the way the creature’s pulse throbbed at an accelerated rate within his neck and it sent both a rush of adrenalin and hunger through the arctic wolf. Time to play with the little BirdCat.
The growl started from somewhere deep within his chest before slowly rumbling its way along his throat and out past his jaws and then he pounced. He jumped right out of the shadows he was hidden in with a snarl echoing across the rooftop but he pulled himself up short of landing on the other and bounced right back again, head tilting ever so slightly to the side, two ears perked up on top of his furry head twitching ever so slightly. He wondered what BirdCat would taste like.
Taj Ok. Taj shook his head not believing what he was seeing. He even reached for his glasses took them right off his head, huffed on them, while watching the blurry figure bounce around, and rubbed the glasses against his chest before slipping them back over his ears.
Yeah, there was still a fucking dog on his roof. He looked over at the side table where he usually kept his tray of pot if he was partaking, but there was no tray there at all. He was ready to blame it on a bad trip, but he wasn't even high, or drinking for that matter! The boy had to admit there was a large white canine bouncing around high up on his private rooftop. The snapping and yipping wasn't helping anything. Taj was having a hard time deciding if this dog was being playful or aggressive, but whatever it was doing, it has Taj's full attention then.
The sphinx still on laying with his rear in the gutter, pulled himself up, and ended on all fours crawling back up to a safer spot than right on the roof's ledge. But, being on all fours, with all his senses on alert, and a dog bouncing all over the place had Taj's inner animal creeping in too. He didn't erect himself to stand like a person. He stayed down on all fours, head alert, watching for what the invader was going to do next.
Casper The moment the other moved to all fours and started crawling toward him Casper dropped so low that instead of a crouch he was practically on his furry belly, his eyes not once leaving the other, long, sharp teeth once again snapping in his direction when the scent of bird and cat seemed to grow and intensify.
He was wary of the other, of course he was but curiosity and amusement about this strange little creature evidently took over whatever caution the young wolf should have possibly been taking. Slowly, now eyelevel with the BirdCat he began to creep his way closer, with all the stealth and stamina of a wolf creeping up behind a baby deer, the scent of fear though was fading somewhat and just because it was a bit of a buzz-kill, the wolf let out another snarl and pounced once more, this time around he didn’t pull back and his large front paws landed heavily right in front of the human hands of the BirdCat, his cold, wet nose pressed right up against the human warm human one.
Taj If Taj had hackles, right then, they would have been up. His eyes were dilating in and out, spreading from human to eagle eyes behind those black thick rimmed glasses. Taj hadn't shifted in a long time, hadn't freed his own nature from the human guise. He'd been so busy with the drama that was his life. But, this position and the other animal form before him kept bringing out that nature in him. He really wasn't just losing his fear, he was gaining confidence.
Then that wolf planted his cold nose right against him face to face and Taj might have been in human form, but it was no human noise that came from him. He screeched an eagle's cry that echoed through the night sky. Then still in human form Taj slapped his own front hands down, lowered his shoulders, had his rear stuck high in the air and, my lands, his shoulders were shimmying back and forth like a cat ready to pounce. His skin was started to change on his hands, yellowing like jaundice. But, more than that, the next thing that happened was those eagle wings that matched that eagle voice burst from his back, fluffy down feathers spluttering out in tuffs everywhere from the shift. The transition was happening slow, but it was happening and those eagle wings flapped themselves out then folded against his back as he kept on the move like he was stalking prey.
Casper Of all the things that Casper was expecting or could have been expecting to happen next that screech was not one of them, the sound thundered within his sensitive eardrums and through his body in a visible shudder, his hearing momentarily disappearing before it righted itself and he jumped. A loud yelp escaped his jaws, his ears automatically pressing back flat against his skull as he jumped back a few steps, his body going completely immobile, tail between his legs. He shouldn’t have been so frightened, logic told him that but instinct had gotten the better of him, he’d known all along that the other was something different, but never would he have imagined he could do what he was doing.
The wolf’s body dropped low once more, his muzzle scrunched up in a soundless snarl, teeth exposed and ready to snap shut on any part of the other if he came to close. He watched the other closely, canine eyes sizing him up but when those wings broke through his back, the impending attack on the creature was forgotten and the wolf’s ears perked straight back up again. Bird. Bird. Bird. His head cocked to the side as he watched him change, instinct the only thing keeping him remotely still where he stood when part of him wanted to pounce right back on the other and nip at him, play with him for a while and then maybe see what he tasted like. His instinct and attention span was broken instantly though the moment those fluffy little feathers came fluttering down around him like snow and before he could even think to control himself, the wolf leapt up with as growl, snapping at them until he landed back on all four paws, his strong jaws chewing the feathers he’d captured within his mouth.
Taj The next thing Taj did after that wolf started snapping all his fluffy down was elongate his spine, a lion's tail burst right through his jeans and his hips expanded to the point the human attire ripped right off completely as his feline body sprouted fur, and muscle mass, and claws. He started to grow in size too, 3 times that of a regular lion. He was massive was no exaggeration. His human face remained human but had traces of animal like the eagle eyes and the tip of his nose's texture appearing like that of a cat's. But other than that his face only grew in angular structure and mass to be proportioned to the rest of him. When the transformation was complete he sat very regal with his front to paws held tight in front of him, chin erect, and wings extended straight up to the very tips of being on display like he were one of those sphinx's on guard in the Never Ending Story. He held that pose as he looked down at the wolf that was chasing feathers.
Casper Once the feathers were chewed as much as he could possibly chew them, Casper used his long, pink tongue to rid his teeth of those few stubborn fluffs that were stuck there and swallowed, sneezing when a stray feather fell onto his nose, his head lowering and his paw reaching up to rub at his nose, shaking his head a little to get rid of the tickle the stray fluff had caused.
That was when he noticed the change in size of the BirdCat in front of him and those eagle eyes were fixed on him. His entire body froze once more, the fur at the back of his neck standing on end, his body slowly sinking into a defensive crouch. He was only a small wolf and though much stronger than a common arctic wolf, faced with a BirdCat nearly four, maybe five times his size he started to get a little nervous, started thinking that maybe he should have mapped out his escape a little better, this thing had wings, very large wings. His blue eyes locked with those that seemed more suiting to a bird, the taste of feathers still in his mouth and making him hungry but he made no attempt to move or even blink, just watching and waiting for what the giant creature might do next, not even realizing that the rumbling sound his twitching ears could hear were coming from within his own throat.
Taj Taj was so so so very young in the grand spectrum of sphinxy things and his grandeur was still a little lacking and he was small for his age, malnourished. But, to the untrained eye he would appear quite grand indeed. Pulling his full form out of his hat did more than one thing to him. It opened him to much universal knowledge and wisdom he often blocked and he'd been so blocked for so long everything came rushing back into him at once, causing a great upheaval in his chest, a gasp for air in defense of the sensation like it was just too much for him to handle. He had to take a moment to compose himself on the inside with stabilizing breaths.
He looked down at the wolf for the first time realizing for sure this was no average joe canine. He sensed the tainted bloodline quite clearly. He was aware of the danger the situation could turn into, but somehow in this form Taj was able to stay more neutralized as his nature was not pressing in the wrongs or rights of things. There was simply no opinion on it. He only took in the message as factual information only in his understanding. Taj became very disassociated with his self in this form. There wasn't a lie that could cross someone's lips he couldn't detect. But, this rooftop pair spoke no words to one another. Only body language held the tools for communication and the mystical oracle-side of Taj slipped to the lesser as his more beastly instincts kicked in. He was being growled at and his body's stance changed. His wings were brought down, flapping, furling the crisp night air around them as he hunkered down in that cat about to pounce position again and this time a classic kitty don't play fair move lashed out. Taj did pounce right in front of the wolf only to bat a gigantic paw at that twitching ear then pounced away hiding behind a chimney. But, he was so large the pouncing was de-shingling the rooftop and his was so big he wasn't exactly hidden behind that chimney either. But, his furry tipped lion's tail was swinging back and forth behind him.
Casper The moment those monstrous wings flapped, stirring the air around them and creating a wind all of their own, Casper’s senses seemed to dull, not in the sense that they were becoming less than sharp but in the way the other’s strange scent became all that he could smell, the sounds of those wings and paws all that he could hear and up there the rooftop, his body hunched low to the ground, the wolf was not taking his eyes off of this creature for even a second.
He hadn’t realized that he’d been growling until the sound abruptly stopped when the creature pounced, there was nothing the small wolf could do to get out of the way in time but instinct told him to go for the jugular or that soft little underbelly when the other wasn’t looking; tear it open. His muzzle wrinkled as his jaws parted to expose his teeth in threat, his agile little body poised to attack without a seconds hesitation, but when the BirdCat pulled up short, just as Casper had done the first pounce himself, he paused. Snarling when that single paw practically larger than his own head found his ear it took him less than a second to twist his head around, teeth snapping at it without actually making contact. His furry, white head cocked to the side as he watched the creature bounce off, the rooftop practically vibrating beneath the other’s movements and if he’d had been in human form, Casper very may well have laughed at the way the other tried to hide behind something that would never have a hope of concealing it from view. Silly BirdCat. It was the slow and gentle swish of the creatures tail though that snapped the young would back into action, he wanted it. Slowly, careful not to make a single sound or movement that would draw attention to himself he stalked his way across the roof top to the chimney, mindful of every single paw placement and body movement, using the other’s hiding spot to his advantage, creeping up behind him before leaping, teeth snapping at the fuzzy tuff at the end of that seemingly ever swaying tail.
Taj
That swishy sway had just swung out of snapping range when that nip went down too. Quite the close one! The large but still kitten-ish sized sphinx bounded off, jumping back and forth like a spastic cat being teased by a feather on a stick and it loved the game. It began to scramble circles around the canine, large claws still doing quite the number on poor Taj's shingled rooftop. While dodging and making fake-outs around a small radius of the wolf he would pounce forward and swat the air in front of the dog. Then it would shimmy backwards with it's rear in the air, the tail's tuft still swishing on it's waving snake-like flag pole, taking a swiffer duster shake across the dark but beginning to lighten sky.
The the over grown lion hybrid rose on his hind legs, exposing his chest, front arms stretched out wide, it's paws and claws spread with wide palms looking down at the wolf. If that wasn't kitty's play session stand then nothing was, but the eagle wing tips were stretching too and flapping enough to life his hind feet off the broken shingled ground. Taj hovered there, his wings keeping him in his spot, still in that position ready to play more as the sun was slowly coming up behind him.
Casper
Casper had lost track of how long he’d spent bouncing around the rooftop playing with the large BirdCat, his wolf though originally having looked upon the other as nothing but a meal he’d could first play with had taken a liking toward the creature and was having far much more fun than what he would have if he’d ended up chasing rats through the city streets, rats weren’t very fun, nor were they very fast in comparison to a werewolf. He played with the creature, chasing it around which basically just had the pup running in circles like a dog chasing his own tail, not even noticing when the sky had began to lighten, usually by the time the sun rose the young wolf had exhausted himself enough that he was asleep when his form was pushed back into the depths of a human body, today was different.
When the creature started to hover he let out a playfully yip, his form preparing to try and pounce at him, maybe get a good sharp nip in on one of those huge paws. He was mid leap, between the rooftop and the creature when the first few rays of sunlight poured over the horizon, turning white fur a shade of golden as the wolf’s entire body went rigid. He froze, dropping like a dead weight, the shingles smashing and sliding loose beneath him. Panting the wolf tried to right himself, he even made his way back to all fours before the growling, the whimpers and the howling started, pain ripping through every single inch of him, his body trembling. It always took longer to change back, his wolf always put up a fight worthy of the devil himself but the sun was waving goodbye to the moon and Casper’s own mind had already started to awaken.
Bone’s crunched, his ribs cracked one by one back into a shape more fitting for a smaller frame and the wolf was thrashing, knocking tiles from the rooftop with every movement, slamming his own body against the chimney in a vain attempt to try and hurt himself enough to delay the change. It was useless, slowly his muzzle shrank back into a small slightly buttoned nose, his fur shortened until it all but disappeared within smooth pale skin until the form of the wolf was replaced by that of a young man appearing to be no more older than a teenager, his body small and slender, deceiving really, the way it so expertly concealed the strength within and a very naked Casper slowly blinked his eyes open, trying to figure out just where in God’s holy name he’d ended up this time. It took all of two seconds for him to lift himself from his all fours position and his senses to kick back in. What the hell was that smell? Reaching up with a single hand, sender fingers pushed his wild and messy long blonde hair away from his eyes and he came face to face with the enormous creature in front of him. His eyes widened, his mouth dropped open and in a desperate attempt to get away from what he had perceived as a threat, he took a hasty step backwards, dripped over an upturned shingle and fell hard, tumbling across the slanted rooftop and straight over the gutter, his hands gripping the very edge at the last second as the rest of his body hung over the edge of the building, his white knuckled grip on the gutter’s edge denting the metal significantly until it started to groan. “Shit...Shit...Shit...”
Taj
As Taj witnessed the de-transformation and the fearful tumble over the edge, the poor naked boy hanging for dear life off the edges of his gutter. Taj knew he needed to replace the gutter system too. The boy would be lucky if the whole thing remained stable. He flocked to his side to save him lickety split. He also suddenly had great concern about the daylight too. He didn't need to be seen by anyone, not that he neighbors that were too close, but there was the paper boy and the mailman and who knows who else that could show up, his probation officers! That was the last thing he needed was to blow his alias. Screwing over himself was screwing over his brothers and that would be something he couldn't handle. He would have to have a talk with this boy. He didn't even have a clue who he was. Instinct had taken over. So, he made a quick save. He flew under the boy, pushing him off the gutter and onto his back, basically letting him ride on his back for a quick return to the roof and stable ground. But, as soon as Taj hit the roof he transformed back too. The same sounds of shifting bones could be heard as he formed back into the little emo looking boy he was before it all began. The only difference was his full sets of tattoos down his stomach and sides and arms all on display. But, that was the least of his concerns. He should have been more worried about the bare skin that was on display because now, there were not only two naked young males on the rooftop, but since Taj had let him ride his back to safety Casper was plum on top of him and Taj was scrambling to get out from under him and ran for the blankets that he usually curled up with on the lawn chairs at night and pulled one up to cover private territory. He also threw one at Casper in a frantic panic. Taj was sorta modest. He just stared not knowing what to say.
Casper
If he hadn’t have been so surprised by the save Casper’s stubborn streak probably would have made him not let go of the gutter even though it was threatening to give way but even though he wasn’t entirely sure whether or the fall to the street below would kill him he wasn’t really all that willing to find out, especially while he was butt naked. He froze on top of the creature as it began to transform, quickly trying to get off of it without hurting it more than it looked as though it was already hurting but failed, the thing was just far too big. He was frozen, have in fear and half in shock as he watched the creature transform into a boy, there was nothing he could have done to move himself, his mind hardly believing a single thing he was seeing. Never before had Casper met another that was anything other than human, he had honestly started to believe he was the only one. It wasn’t until the other scrambled out from beneath him and he fell back onto the roof once more did the young werewolf finally snap out of his shock, stumbling to his feet just as the blanket hit his chest, his hand catching it before it hit the ground, wrapping his around his waist like a towel. Maybe he should have been embarrassed by the situation, he knew that if anyone else had caught him like this without clothing he would have been blushing like a fool but instead he just stood there staring, azure blue eyes as wide as saucers. “Wh-What are yo-“ A coughing fit cut him off, one hand staying on the blanket, holding it in place as the other came up to cover his mouth as he coughed, hacking up whatever it was that was tickling his throat, a dumbfounded expression coming across his face as he coughed up a feather.
Taj
Taj was tucking in the edge of his blanket around his waist like a towel too as he looked around noticing how much roof repair needed to be done. He was inwardly cursing himself for that one then turned his attention back to the boy. "Sphinx" He answered plainly. "Persian Sphinx. You...you're a werewolf" He informed stating the obvious. "I won't tell. Don't say anything about me and I won't of you." Taj got right to business on that one. He was truly worried about his identity. He didn't want it known in a bad way. He was seriously cursing himself for letting instinct take over on this one.
That's when he heard the bike bell of the paper boy and he started to crouch down not wanting to be seen. "Let's go inside dude. I'm Taj by the way. Taj Bahar. I gotta find some clothes. Maybe I have some to fit you?" He said trekking his way back to a window to try to climb in but it was proving to be a lot harder with a thick blanket wrapped around him and he did it at all kinds of awkward. He stuck his head back out the window and said, "You coming or what?"
Casper Well at least it had just been a feather and not an entire, feathers and all, half eaten chicken like last time, Casper decided, shaking his hand a little to get the sticky feather off of his fingers, watching it fall to the somewhat destroyed rooftop, wondering briefly if he had done the damage or if the other had done it himself, he had so many questions, so many things he wanted to ask and wanted answers too but something was holding him back. He wasn’t afraid of the other, his instincts were all wolf and his wolf didn’t seem to fear the other so it wasn’t that, maybe it was because the boy seemed distant, far more distant than his creature, or Sphinx rather had been.
He watched Taj drop low at the sound of the bell, his neck arching a little as he looked down to see the paper boy, taking a slight step away from the edge and closer to the chimney to stay out of view before following the other to the window, hesitating a little when he smelled a lingering scent of cat. cats didn’t like him...at all. “Uh...yeah...” He mumbled out, followed suit and climbing in through the window, one hand still holding onto the blanket just in case. “What do you know about werewolves?” There probably could have been a better way to bring that up but Casper’s body was still fighting against the previous shocks of the morning. “Oh, and I’m Casper...Casper Knight....I’m sorry about your roof.”
Taj
Taj was a decently logical fellow and wasn't feeling very humorous after all the thoughts of his alias being in danger was on the line. If he'd not been so worried about that he'd probably have laughed it up and went rolling about that feather. He could be a bit of ass sometimes. But as it were he was and rationalized pretty quick that this was his feather. He wasn't like Casper and had forgotten everything that had just happened. He may have let his more animalistic instincts kick in, but he was in control and could remember everything.
"Hi Casper" He sort of smiled like a greeting. Then oh dear, Casper went and asked Taj what he knew about something. Let the informational vomit spew. He was like a walking encyclopedia, "Werewolves. Werecreatures of any kind, may animal species, lycanthropy, incurable disease spread by bite to humanoid species, causes involuntary tranformations with the full moon, allergic to silver, even to the deadly degree, practically immortal, can cause death and destruction in the wake of their paths traveled. Supernatural in comparison to human senses, speed, strength, hearing, all the like. Yeah." He spoke as he rooted around in a drawer looking for clothes still holding that blanket up. They ended up in his bedroom.
