Andy had dropped off into a little doze while waiting there for Adrian to enter, something that wasn't deep enough for the bad dreams to visit him but something light enough to rest him a little, something he could turn his mind off to get into so that he didn't have to think about it anymore. He roused out of it as Adrian opened the door, cracking an eye open and closing it again when he saw who it was, that gesture alone showing how comfortable he felt around Adrian.
He smiled and sighed a little when the bed dipped behind him and was surprised at the sudden line of icy fear that seemed to spear through him as Adrian's hand came to his shoulder. That was just ridiculous; he'd never been shy about touches he couldn't see before, certainly not from someone he trusted the way he did Adrian, and he forcefully shook himself out of it, scolding himself for being a dick. Outwardly, nothing changed apart from where he pressed back against Adrian, reaching to take the hand that had been on his back and tug it around, slipping his own hand over it and holding it to his chest.
"Yeah, he's good at that." he agreed fondly. "I missed you too." There was a pause where he just enjoyed the company for a minute before asking, "How are you? How have you been?"
