) PittSoDeep: Caim had every intention of taking Kay there after he secured Chess. Caim knew bringing Kay there would serve a horrid distraction and was a risk to even getting Chess out at all. He wasn't actually doing it to be a dick. He was honestly doing it to secure Chess. He didn't want that angel in the middle of things which could fuck up getting Chess too if Contessa had ended up crossing Caim's path. The fuck Caim attitude wouldn't get Kay far now that he'd signed his allegience to him either. It seemed Kay got a dose of his own medicine really. Caim was like Kay. He did what he was going to do without informing anyone of how he was doing it or why or getting their opinions. This is what caused everything. Kay doing that to Chess. If Kay ever put two and two together he might start to realize how much that sucked and how many consequences acting like that really brought him. Caim didn't care about consequences though. He had the power to back shit up. If Kay ever got the fuck Caim attitude while having his soul owned by Caim Kay would some very powerful lessons his mouth couldn't get him out of very quickly. By the time Caim showed back after having a little talk with Chess in the land of the dead Kay was gone and Jean was there still. Caim took down his barrier and holding Chess's hand. Chess looked right over at Jean with a blank face. "Chess?" Jean's face was so broken as he saw this sight before him. "I'm so sorry. I'll fix it. I'll find a way to help him." Caim looked at Jean and said, "Tell Jules thank you for everything and congratulations on the new babies." Then he turned to Chess and said, "Come on. I'll get you to him. Let's go home." Chess actually turned and leaned into Caim like he was his protector, like someone he loved and trusted, hugged onto his side... and that was the sight Jean had to see as they disintegrated in front of him. He seemed stunned. Jean's world completely broken. Suddenly in Kay's car appeared Caim and Chess in the backseat. Chess was still hugging Caim as they appeared. (9:08:36 AM) showmejazzhands: Speeding was an understatement and just as Kaydence did s sharp turn and pulled the car into the long driveway of his mother's house Caim and Chess suddenly appeared behind him and his foot hit the breaks so hard the wheels spun and the entire car jolted, swerved to the side on the uneven, un kept surface and slammed right into the large wrought iron fence surrounding the place. Kay's head cracked against the window, the glass giving way to shatter like sparkling rain around him, dizzy, bleeding from yet another head wound and in pain the young man yanked off his seatbelt and turned around to face them a wild panic in his eyes. Why the fuck were they here? The deal was to remove Chess from the property not bring him right fucking back! What's going on? He wanted to ask the question to Chess whom his eyes were locked on, roaming over him to make sure he was okay but he couldn't, so he asked Caim instead
