Andy followed behind Kareem like a puppy to the kitchen where he nosed around at the dirty dishes and surmised that chocolate was involved in the making of the cookies. He wasn't normally crazy over sweet stuff, but he'd always loved Kareem's cooking and the idea of warm Kareem-baked cookies just out of the oven actually whet his appetite for once.
He smiled back at seeing Kareem grin. "Yeah?" he said, questioning because he was never sure... How much of Kareem's happiness was just a facade for his brother's benefit. He knew Kareem would sacrifice anything for them. The thought sobered him and he came close again, reached up to kiss his brother's cheek and then curled his arms around one of Kareem's, his face resting against his brother's shoulder. "K. I think Taj and me... we're kind of- together." he said with a wince, ripping the bandage off in a way, terrified at what his brother would say. He'd been planning to sit his brother down and build up to the idea, but that was a stupid thought. He'd never had to hide things like this from Kareem before and he knew that he could tell Kareem straight up now.
