He exhaled, feeling a little nervous for some reason. Today was the day that he would get to see his mother’s female form. Why did such a thing make him nervous? He wasn’t exactly sure; it shouldn’t be such a big deal. Caim would sprout breasts, perhaps they would eat some ice cream together, and then he would be on his way. Hell, he’d seen Asmodeus morph into a woman on several occasions. Though, with all honesty he’d rather forget those particular moments. There was also Astarte, whom housed two separate entities in one body. He shook his head, not bothering to make his way towards the door. Evron didn’t want to face his mother just yet, he was still nervous. It was frustrating and ridiculous! Though, there was also the fact that he was still checking the outside of the place out. Well, it seemed that his mother certainly liked to live in luxury. Not that he thought Caim the type to live in a place where he had to sword fight cockroaches for bread crumbs. Still, it was indeed quite a sight to behold. He made his way towards the front steps, sitting down on the first as his eyes fluttered closed. Perhaps the nervous feeling resided more towards Astarte and less towards Caim’s female form. There was a feeling of betrayal every time he met up with the demon. He couldn’t help but feel that this was some sort of insult towards the woman that raised him. Despite what his Mother would say, he knew just how Astarte would take this. It was quite simple...she didn’t like sharing. The former goddess also enjoyed being the center of attention. Oh, despite what he claimed…he knew of Astarte’s flaws. After all, weren’t those flaws what lead to Astaroth’s birth? That vanity she possessed; the desire to be the focus of attention. Regardless, he still loved her. Oh how he loved her, but not in any perverse manner. She was his world; she was what held him together. Certainly without her, his life would have turned out a lot worse.
His eyes fluttered open, a smirk gracing his features as he lifted a hand and began idly tapping on his own chin. What would he do after his little meeting? Probably try and get some of his assignments done. Evron couldn’t help but try and scatter his thoughts over various events OTHER than meeting up with his mother. Yes he was stalling. Astarte was no fool, she would eventually find out about these meetings. He just didn’t know exactly what she would do when she did. That wasn’t going to be a pleasant moment, but he knew it was inevitable. He remembered the last time she’d been disappointed in him…he didn’t particularly wish to relive anything like that again.
