Who: Chris Halliwell and Sexy
What: Getting to know each other better
When: Saturday afternoon (5/5)
Where: Their room
Chris wouldn't say he had settled in, but he had gotten comfortable. This place wasn't so bad really. A lot calmer than he was used to, in that he didn't feel like he or someone he cared about was in mortal danger once a week. The whitelighter had certainly been in worse places. Namely the world he grew up in. Sure, he wanted to get home and back to trying to figure out who was trying to turn his baby brother evil, but he didn't see a reason to be freaking out or overly stressing.
This was an alternate world, clearly, which meant they were very likely outside their own times and their absence wouldn't be noted because in their own worlds they would be gone only briefly, perhaps for half a second. At least, that was the idea he was keeping to so he didn't start to feel guilty over not putting forth more of an effort to get home. Honestly he had been far more worried when he nearly faded from existence because his parents hadn't conceived him yet. Being stuck in another country in the past, without any apparent darklighters or demons around, didn't seem remotely as bad.
If anything, Chris was more interested in the other people who had been brought to this place as well. Namely his roommates. Riddick wasn't so bad, once Chris got over the initial shock of the guy. But the other roommate, the girl, was the one he hadn't quite figured out. 'Sexy' had to be a nickname, didn't it? No one really named their kid that... did they?
He was in the common room flipping through a book he had taken from the library when he heard her door open and Chris glanced up, his interest in the book fading. Leaning his forearms on the table he was sitting at, he waited to see her before lightly clearing his throat, not wanting to just call out and startle her. A habit from living with witches for most of his life; a person startled a witch at their own risk. "Hey, where are you from? Not just before you came here but, where are you really from?"
