He leaned back against the building, letting his head fall against the stucco wall and he squeezed his eyes shut as he tried to catch his breath. The astromech burbled at him and rolled forward, nudging Bellamy's injured leg. He hissed and lashed out, doing his best to kick the thing, which only brought more pain and was entirely ineffective. Bellamy intended to knock the droid over, but only succeeded in incensing it. "Look," he ground out, "If you wanna do something, find Clarke." The droid just beeped, because it hadn't learned all the names of the people Bellamy referenced. Bellamy rolled his eyes and groaned in pain. He couldn't stay here. He had to keep looking. Maybe if he got to Octavia, she would help.
Bellamy looked down at his leg, lifting his hand and frowning deeply at the dark blood that coated the entirety of it. He was going to kill that Grounder. The dark thought only managed to bubble to the surface for a moment before Bellamy was fixating back on finding Clarke. And Octavia. And then maybe someone to help him. Only if and after he accomplished his other two tasks. Just as he was building the courage to hobble away from the building, he heard his name. In Clarke's voice. The relief that washed over him was dizzying. She was here. Which meant she wasn't being hauled to her death by some Ice Nation asshole. He quickly wiped his blood-soaked hand over the Grounder-clothes he was wearing and then did his best to wipe away the sweat on his face, steeling himself to move toward the sound of her voice.
Clarke appeared in his line of vision and Bellamy's feet nearly gave way in front of him. He had been so sure that they had lost her for good. That he might not get her back before the Ice Nation killed her. The guilt that he'd let her slip through his fingers had been staggering and now it didn't seem as horrific. "Clarke," he pushed off the wall to make his way toward the blonde, but quickly realized he couldn't move beyond a hobbled couple of steps, forcing himself to swallow the pain that shot up his leg. "You got away," he stated, voice filled with relief.
