"You know what people are going to say before they say it?" Sara just looked at River and questioned her. She wasn't sure what to make yet of the girl and what she could do. Maybe it was more alarming to her just because of her current state of mind because at this point Sara had seen a lot of strange stuff out there, especially since coming to this place, but her mind wasn't currently emotionally fit at the moment.
"Is this something that people have in your world, powers like that? There are meta humans where I'm from now, they have powers, but it was because of an accident that happened and gave people powers." It still was strange to think at times there was superheroes and villains like you'd hear about in the comics and movies. Of course Sara and most of the people she grew up with had become the likes of that, only they didn't have any powers. Just lots of training and skills to survive in an attack. Sara almost didn't even know why she was saying anything to River, now that she knew River could know what she was going to say before she said it. "Is it that you know what I'm thinking, or just can know what I'm gonna say before I say it? If I wasn't going to say it, then would you know?" Sara was curios about River's ability and well, it gave her something else to think about for a moment.
"I know," she sighed. "It's just this place, being so far away from home and finding this out. I'm just not sure." River was right, she probably wouldn't have said what had happened to the other girl. And well, as long as River already knew things why not talk to her, maybe it would be better and help.
"Do you miss him? It must be hard being here without him." Sara could tell that River must love and miss her brother just by the way she was acting when she brought him up. "You know, I was the one who died before, twice though the first time my family just thought I was dead. I just never thought I'd ever have to go through this with Laurel. She was the one that was suppose to save the world."
