Glasya had wanted the shape shifter watched. Alucard chose to oblige. He needed Glasya for the time being. The man was the best opportunity he had to infiltrate the First Order's higher echelons. So far, Alucard had seen little of interest to him. The creature could alter form, but so could Alucard.
His attitude was hardly suited to a hunt just now. The sun was out, and it always irritated Alucard to remain awake during the day. If the creature did nothing worth his while in the next twenty minutes, he had every intention of retreating to the shadows in the subterranean chamber he'd found in the woods, a deeply concealed and forgotten remnant of a partially collapsed network of caves.
