Who: Diana and Kestriel What: Studying ancient history, and tea Where: The Naboo settlement When: Late afternoon Rating: PG, most likely
Although she found it easy to adapt to the Naboo customs and even dress, Diana found herself fretful. She meditated with the lasso each evening, reassured that its god-given power had not abated and still connected her to home. But the more she learned about Naboo and this galaxy, and of the temporal shift, the more she had begun to wonder what life she would be forced to create here. Some of her powers seemed diminished slightly; those that depended most on Gaia herself, by and large. Her strength was slightly less, albeit far outstripping the native people still. She was often a solitary person, but this was more than solitude...she only had one companion here who knew of her at all. Others, she missed with a deep ache.
However, resting and meditating would only get her so far. She had spoken briefly with a Jedi woman, named Kestriel Vel Aath. She was a Master of this Order, from what Diana had read, and highly regarded. She seemed exactly the sort of woman Diana would look to for wisdom.
Dressed in a pale blue Naboo set of robes, which she had adapted slightly to suit her more Greek tastes, Diana set out in the lat afternoon sunshine to a small eatery than she had discovered earlier as possessing a decent tea. She sent the invitation to Master Vel Aath, and hoped the woman would be able to join her soon.
