Familiarity and time had allowed Issan to create some barriers against the insomnia that would creep up on her when traveling in space, but there were the few scattered nights (if one could call them that, buried in the deep black of space) where she found herself too restless to sleep. Now, rather than waking to the familiar sights and sounds of the Wraith, she was aboard a First Order ship. The behemoth was louder, which was no surprise, and at least offered her a wider range of space through which to meander in hopes of finding something similar to exhaustion that might allow her mind to finally switch off.
Despite Glasya's words and attempts, nothing had been found that would cure her inability to grow used to being trapped inside a ship. After some years, she found a word for it - claustrophobia. It was laughable, really; a dark Force user, one who had killed at age thirteen, someone recruited to the Knights of Ren and secretly working as a Nightsister, was afraid of small spaces. The thought should have shamed her, but Issan rose above such things and instead used the time her mind forced on her to practice her skills, and wander the halls of whatever ship she was aboard.
Tonight, her soft, killer's steps brought her upon an extremely strange sight: a helmetless stormtrooper. Issan had never held much interest in the soldiers; they did their work well enough, but since she always preferred doing her own dirty work, she'd never had much use for them. Kylo Ren had often railed against them, talking about clone soldiers, but Issan had no idea why he'd be so against such a seemingly well-tailored army. And though his comments were few and far between, Issan always tucked away tidbits that might assist in the future dismantling of the Order.
Walking up behind the young man, Issan came to a quiet stop behind him; black robes clad her figure, stamping her station clear into anyone's gaze. Her mother and aunt's training ensured that she betrayed no sound, except when she spoke, which was in an amused tone.
"Are you allowed to take those things off? I had half believed that was how you all really looked."
