"As enticing as that sounds," Issan said, "I think the less mess we leave behind, the better. Less is more, yes?"
Tipping her head in acknowledgement of Gem's ability to open the door, she strode right through without the slightest hesitation; she was fully confident that her cloaking was still in effect. The two women could still see each other, but anyone else lurking about would see nothing other than perhaps a faint shimmer in the air. Of course, if there were other Force users in the immediate vicinity the game would change, but Issan knew that wasn't a possibility at this stage in the game. She had no reason to believe her arrogance would lead them astray.
They reached the next door, which had a pair of guards on the other side. Issan stood before it, raising her hands and whispering more words that carried through the air and under the door jam. After a beat, and without making sure Gem was keeping up (the absence of a presence behind her was unnatural, but Issan refused to allow her discomfort to show), she opened the door into the illusion she'd created for the guards -- they believed the door wasn't moving at all, even as it clearly was. Issan stepped into the next room, and paused, at last waiting for her compatriot in this endeavor. She said nothing, instead waiting for Gem's reaction.
