"Back in Sunnydale we'd go to the Bronze after a patrol. And before. And during." Buffy had to smile at the thought of better times. "Ok, we did a lot of Bronzing back then. That was the only club in town rby the way." She grew wistful the more she reminisced. "Haven't done that in a good while actually." Sure, she'd gone to some of the bars and stuff on Naboo, but it wasn't done in a celebratory way. Things just felt different partying after a job well done. "Maybe some victory shopping too. I could use some victory shoes."
She followed Wanda's lead and headed for the bus stop, her way of silently agreeing with that option. A double decker bus would give them a way to escape quickly if they needed to and they could still at least pretend to be tourists on the outside, even if whoever had watched them probably knew better. Though really, all they would have gotten from Buffy's conversation was that she was concerned and wanting to help a panicked guy out. That could mean a million things.
"If they don't at least have some kind of 3D or holo thingiee that puts Vegas to shame, I'm going to be highly disappointed." That was true, even if Buffy wasn't going to gamble she could still appreciate the aesthetic provided around her. At least she hoped she would if it didn't suck. "And oh god no, I was kidding about burning the place down." She hoped that sounded as reassuring as she wanted it to. "I don't plan on doing mass property damage if I can help it. Of course, if things get out of control, anything can happen and we'll have to work with it. But if it comes down to it, we'll save bystanders first, even if it means we have to let the bad guys get away."
