Ascending the marble steps, Liriael tucked the datapad back into her bag. She had Caine on board now, and Cassie was a likely lock, and she expected to meet Dee later today. Small crew but it would be enough for the ship she was contracting on, a small Correlian cruiser. It was more expensive than she had hoped, being as Correllia still produced the best ships, but this last job she had with a Naboo noble would put enough credits in her pocket to pay out. As Lord Bibble expected a certain look, she had spent a few credits on a newer, sleeker black and blue jumpsuit and cleaned up her boots, but she wouldn't lose her favorite bag.
The scanner took in her face, beeped once, and she heard the answering announcement inside to indicate she had arrived to accompany him to his evening appointment, likely some aristocratic event. Bibble kept little staff after dinner, so she expected he would simply remote unlock the system. She highly disliked it; if he wanted a bodyguard, he should have kept more staff on until she got there as some modicum of protection. Noble, she thought dismissively.
