Helena nodded. "Alright. My main focus today has been looking for more of the plantlife that Rowan, our resident mother-to-be and botanist, has determined is edible. "This moss grows all along then length of this stream." She gestured to the lividly purple moss that clung to the rocks on the banks. "We call it citruscress and it tastes like a combination of parsley and lemon juice. We suspect it has a high vitamin C content and it'll keep scurvey off our list of worries." She took a step closer to the edge of the water and pointed down into the water. "See that cloudy murk? It's actually tiny thin leaves of a plant we call murkweed. It's bulbs are very similar to potatoes. And lastly we have the roseberries. We've pretty much picked the nearby roseberry bushes clean, so we'll have to try to find more patches of them tomorrow. All of these can be assembled into at least an overnight package for anyone who would want to volunteer, but," she shook her head. "There really isn't an infinite amount of food around here."
