Bazzer had spent a fitful night alone in the leanto he shared with Kenneth. He was worried, worried about his relationship with Kenneth, with how he was reacting with the pollen, that Kenneth was safe even though he was somewhere else. When the rain had began, Bazzer had crawled out, standing naked in it, enjoying the cool water as it drenched him. By the time it had finished, he felt a lot better, both from the water and his mind was less fuzzy. For the first time since he had woken up the previous morning, he didn't feel like he absolutely had to have sex right then and there. Oh, he wouldn't mind if he did, but it didn't feel like he was a teenager on viagra anymore. That was both a blessing and a curse, as he was finally able to think clearly on everything. He had been an ass. A complete and utter asshole. Literally. He'd crawled back inside and dressed despite not being very dry. He'd needed clothes right then, he was not a very modest or self-conscious person, but he felt the need now to cover himself. He had behaved very badly. Very badly.
As soon as day broke, he was up and walking, walking anywhere. He needed to find Kenneth, to apologize, to clear his head and make sense of it all, and hopefully...maybe...Kenneth would forgive him. His lover hadn't dumped him, but only he knew why, Bazzer thought he deserved it, but he didn't want to break up so he wouldn't mentioned that idea. As he walked he saw someone else head of him and Tripper, the dog. He didn't approach, trying to match their pace so he could have his privacy.
