Angelica had already shoved her jacket onto one of the kids. She didn't care if the leather got wet. Despite how bitchy she could come off as, she loved kids and she'd never let one suffer. She did notice that someone was missing, though. Someone was missing that she knew had jumped in the water. Shit! Angelica got closer to the water, looking out, trying to see if she could see either of them. Jasper wasn't there and neither was Alex. "ALEX!" She hollered out, contemplating whether she needed to jump in after him and Jasper. She knew she could swim, but she'd be a little slower and she couldn't drag out more than one person.
When she didn't see him she muttered a few expletives as she kicked off her boots and socks and threw everything out of her pockets right there before throwing herself into the lake. Angelica could feel the water, freezing on her burns but she went on, shivering. She moved, kicked and used her arms as best as she could. She moved until she brushed against someone, someone limp. "Alex?" She coughed out, treading water, the word coming out in a shiver. She was freezing, but she figured if Alex hadn't gotten out yet she had to help and do something. She couldn't just stand there and do nothing. "Lets get her on dry land first, be quicker and easier to get her breathing there. Come on, quickly." Angelica said, her red hair plastered to her face as she reached over to help him with the dead weight.
