The screaming had been an auto alarm in Angelica's mind. She didn't like the sound, and by the time the gunshot followed she was right behind Alex. She'd been in shape most of the time. She wasn't exactly an Olympic swimmer, but she made do. She didn't know who was in the water, but she was there. She wasn't jumping in, three people were in that water already, she didn't need to add to another. She had her jacket thrown over her arm, every intention of putting it on someone along with the dry bedding. She needed to help somehow. With her sever burns from the sun she knew that it'd sting and she wouldn't move fast enough. She had first aid training, being a cop, she didn't know how much it'd help, but it was there. She found herself near Thorne and Helena standing rather still. "I know basic first aid, and CPR." She shot at Thorne. "I'll help however I can." She held up the jacket as she told him, shaking slightly, mostly due to the cold air on the sunburn. She was afraid of what was happening to those kids and worried too.
