Omission was another glaring anomaly, but I didn't mention it in the body of my text because there wasn't any hard enough evidence for using it. For example, one could argue that the transmission from other universes had been sent, but the writers / actors didn't receive it. Or, perhaps they had, but they choose not to include it in the story, resulting in edits or even extra scenes in extended versions of the DVD release.
Watching everything would get pretty boring. Then it's more like reality television, and I've already had a bad experience with that.
