Thedas
I suppose. I spent no time finding out, and I was brought here the moment my wait - but never my slumber - ended.
A stone taken far away from a quarry, even to the surface, to live among items only of wood and cloth and to know not the Stone it came from is still a stone. And it would be most unkind to deny him what his very being is. May you know the whims of the sun as long as you like.
That begs the question - for a dwarf - of what dreams and nightmares are like. I sleep, but it is a rest like stone, quiet and restful. I have heard many times the appeal of mages to spirits and demons. Mostly in fear and worry and concern. It cannot be a pleasant experience to lose a friend you must then fight.
Remarkable. That is a feat others must wish to accomplish. Why walk in fear when you can walk in control?
Mmm. You could be lost in what you cannot otherwise have. Yes.
