Last year at this time I was sitting in SWORD medical, probably still in a healing trance, who knows. I've been here a year, and that's really weird to think about - for me anyway. But it's been a good year and I don't really know how to say most of the stuff I feel about it, but it felt worth acknowledging.

On a completely different note, why did no one tell me there was a Star Wars ap, and that it would let me do this

Anyone who gets texts from me regularly, you will have droids and lightsabers aplenty from now on - you've been warned.

Also, tomorrow there's going to be a lot of random Star Wars stuff revealed, apparently. It'll probably be weird. I'm considering a competition to take the weirdness out - like, most realistic likeness, most absurd (if you can beat the Death Star Beach Ball that I saw this summer, then seriously, there will be a prize), that sort of thing. If you know, there's any interest.

Also. I think this whole having been a year here thing is almost as weird as my birthday. Like, it's a year extra from what I would have had. An actual year, not just hitting my next birthday. I don't know - I don't really want to focus on it, but it's sort of hard to not think about if that makes any sense at all.

Rikki and I are hosting a game night and you're all invited, and bring a friend if you want - It's a low-key sort of thing. We'll order pizza and you guys can bring, like whatever you want to bring - games, or desserts, or drinks. I know there's the Toga party this weekend so let's do it next weekend?
