"Hey, Cassie." A small smile came to his lips as she greeted him, it was awkward as hell, but somehow that didn't bother him at all. She looked good, younger now than he was of course, but that was how things worked with the Tesseract. "You straightened your hair," another small smile, "it suits you, different, but I like it."
She hadn't really changed, not in his eyes, she was still as gorgeous as ever, just maybe a little more mature. Stepping forward he placed his hand lighly against her upper arm in an affectionate gesture, not wanting to push boundaries too soon, "how are you holding up? I know this place is a little.. different. Even for me and Sam."
Being this close, he almost felt overwhelmed by her being there. Everything about her was familiar and yet a little strange at the same time.
