Leia, laughed. She couldn't help it and as she did so she felt a weight come off her shoulders. She breathed out and smiled, truly this time. "That would be wonderful. Let me at least help you though," she said her voice slightly better than it was. "You're a wonderful person and son don't ever doubt that," she said before pulling him into another hug. "So tea and pancakes. That sounds like a good plan to me," she said with a nod.
Leia really did appreciate what Anakin was doing for her. It spoke volumes about the type of person he was. Whoever he ended up with, Rikki or someone else, would be incredibly lucky. Still, she was just glad to have him here and the opportunity to get to know him. The rest of her family too, they were all wonderful. Yes, she would have the chance at home but not for some time and at home they were family in a way they weren't here. Oh, they were family but they were also friends too. It didn't make much sense to Leia but that was the way it was.
