It's a pretty good series, I think. They're huge ass books though so it really takes some dedication to get through but, it's interesting. And I'm not that big into fantasy. I'm more of a sci-fi guy, which probably surprises exactly no one.
It's like a Jean Valjean clause, you know? Like if someone commits a crime out of necessity, I don't think it's really their fault. Obviously, depending on the severity of the crime, but like... theft? It's not so much a sign of the fact they're doing something wrong as it is, at least to me, an indication that society has. It's failed.
Well, fancy dinner parties aren't all they're cracked up to be. Maid scandals however. That I could get behind.
