"Harry, Harry -- please, you have to listen to me." Spider-Man squeezed out from between the two shipping containers where Harry had trying to pin him and struggled to his feet. He crouched down low as he watched the glider rise up in front of him, and braced himself of whatever it was Osborn had planned next. He needed to subdue him, needed to stop him before David tracked them down. The last thing he wanted was for anyone to get hurt -- and that included Harry. Thus far, he'd done little besides try and get out of the way and reason with his friend, but nothing he said seemed to stick. He put one knee down on the metal roof of the container and fired two weblines to the front of Osborn's glider, trying to pull it down and get Harry off of it. If he was on the ground, he'd be a lot easier to restrain. With the webbing attached, he tried to pull the glider out of the sky, a feat much more difficult than he'd anticipated, and for a second he was sure Osborn was going to rip his arms from their sockets. "Let me help you!" When Peter'd arrived at OsCorp, he'd been met by Harry's assistant, Felicia Hardy, and she'd explained that she'd witnessed Harry break into the OsCorp vaults. She'd followed him, she'd tried to stop him, but once he'd taken the venom there was nothing she could do. They were still standing outside, while policemen and OsCorp security filtered into the lobby to investigate the break-in, when they heard a window smash and watched something shoot up into the night sky. Peter had staggered away, making his excuses and changed into his Spider-Man outfit on the fly to track it down. But bright red and blue didn't exactly blend in with a snow-covered city, and the second Harry spotted him, he'd gone on the offensive. He'd made a dive for him, grabbing Peter around the waist and carrying him a few miles east and a lot of miles up before Spider-Man had managed to kick him in the face and break into a free fall. It was a miracle he'd caught on to something and managed to swing out onto a high stack of shipping containers. It wasn't a smooth landing; Harry managed to shoot something from the glider and Peter toppled down onto the containers before a violent shove had thrown him off balance and pinned him beneath two. He struggled free just before an explosive hit the container, liquefying it into a pool of hot steel. It was only then that the glider hoovered close enough that Harry could make out who was on it and his heart slammed against his ribs with such force that he almost didn't move out of the way in time, and ended up falling into the space between two of the large metal boxes, which was how Osborn had managed to pin him, and would have squished him if he hadn't recovered fast enough to get out of the way.
