I cannot take offence because it is nothing I have not asked myself. The formula was never intended to do what it did. It was meant to suppress the baser side of man's nature in the hopes of aiding those condemned to asylums. I tested it on myself because I could not in good conscience test it on anyone else. Those I might have used were not in their right mind and could not give proper consent.
I cannot take offence because I did this to myself and I must live with the consequences, come what may.
