Hawkeyes / Archers
I do two hours of archery a day except on Saturdays where I do three, and mondays have sort of shifted up to 4 hours because I sometimes have trouble hearing so blind shooting's harder. And then Tuesdays and Fridays I don't shoot.
But then around that I do cardio for an hour twice a week and balance for an hour and a half twice a week. Then I do an hour and a half of yoga on Tuesdays, arms and back work on Mondays, and Legs and core on Fridays.
It's based around 21.25 hours a week gym time and about 2000 shots.
