In all truthfulness, I've found that the [...] exhaust from the [...] automobiles is reminiscent of the coal smoke in London's air. It only needs the rattle of wheels on cobblestones and the steady clip-clop of horses hooves to make me feel almost as if I am at home.
Of course, if one is used to the quiet confines of Mayfair, one may have difficulties finding that same quietude here.
