Rose soon followed K-9 and entered the TARDIS just in time to hear the Doctor's conversation.
"Come on now." Rose replied as she placed her hands on the bar handles. "Don't I get any credit?" There was no irritation in her voice as she was highly amused by the interactions between K-9 and the Doctor. It saddened her to think that in the beginning, she didn't think too much of him. Then again she was more interested in Sarah Jane at the time, but that was all in the past now. Since K-9's arrival, she had grown to really appreciate him, and could easily see why the Doctor cared for him.
"Thought you could use a break. You've been working in here for hours." Rose was still new in terms of her knowledge of the TARDIS. The Doctor had been given her lessons of course, but she decided that offering the Doctor help would only slow him down. They had plenty of time for the Doctor to teach her about the TARDIS. The Doctor seemed like he could use this time to work on his own. He had seemed like he had a lot on his mind lately, but that's the Doctor for you. A million thoughts a minute.
"How's it coming along?" She asked leaning over the handlebars.
