"Not exactly, at least I don't think that's what's causing this," Lily chewed on her lip for a minute.
It was terribly disconcerting to be staring down at a Severus that she remembered from childhood, but through all sorts of memories that were at the very best complicated and tangled. If he was from right before they went to Hogwarts though, they were still good friends from his perspective. They hadn't been sorted into separate houses yet, and she hadn't realized that he felt like he had about Muggle-borns. But then he cast the spell and she couldn't help but smile. She should have known that he would be able to do something like that even without having set foot in Professor Flitwick's classroom.
"I think that the Tesseract, that's the portal I was telling you about earlier. I think it may have changed your age and your memories, apparently," she considered for a moment. "It might be more akin to a spell, really, than a potion, but I suppose similar idea. At any rate here, you are and we do need to get you some new clothes," she looked at the bathrobe and nodded. "I could go and get you something. I think there's a place downstairs that might have some things. Where's your phone, Sev?" She realized as she asked it that if his memories had changed he wouldn't know what she was talking about. "I mean, it doesn't even look like a phone like we had when we were kids. It's small, about yay big, black, probably anyway I doubt you put a fancy cover on it, might have made noise this morning? Or not, if you had it silenced last night?"
